Madreiga is a bilingual app for daily mitzvot tracking, Daily Hizuk inspiration, and halachic times. The service is provided "as is" for personal educational use.

Content is educational and is not a halachic ruling (psak). For doubtful or unusual situations, consult a qualified rabbi.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• Use is permitted from age 13+. False age statements lead to account closure.
• No illegal use, no abuse of other users, no automated scraping.

• Price: $3.99/month. Monthly billing via Stripe or app store.
• Cancel anytime in account settings. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.
• No prorated refund for unused portion of a billing period.
• If your subscription ends, your account reverts to Free tier; data is retained.

Halachic content and mitzvot text are licensed under CC-BY-4.0. The Madreiga brand, logo, and application code remain Madreiga's property.

The service is provided "as is". Madreiga is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or halachic decisions made in reliance on the app. Maximum liability is the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

You may end your use at any time by deleting your account in Settings. Madreiga may suspend an account that violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction — courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
